1. Configuration of ETR9360(use Battery)
There are some trick if you need to configuration of ETR9350: plug USB Dongle to device if you do
not plug it you cannot connect through the network cable, it become WAN without USB 3G dongle.
2. Configuration of 3G router EnGenius families.
2.1 LAO Telecom :
APN Code = laotel
dial no = *99#
2.2 UNITEL:
APN Code = unitel3g
dial no = *99#
2.2 ETL
APN Code = etlnet
dial no = *99#
3. How to update Firmware
3.1 make sure you downlaod latest firmware from www.engeniustech.com.sg select specific
product model
3.2 access device select where menu located update firmware -browse - update when update
firmware it is important that you do not uplug electricity cause of interupted broken firmware.
4. Travel router - ETR9350 - Why I cannot ETR9350 - by cable
ETR9350 when configuration by cable make sure that unpluge USB Dongle otherwise became port
became WAN port.
5. IP number for admin logon
Most of Soho product will use 192.168.0.1
Some of Business class product will use 192.168.1.1
Some of Business class product Client bridge will use 192.168.1.2
